An old friend of mine taught me how best to use this great joke item.......you first make you a little fake blood with mixing karo syrup....clear kind of course....with a litte red food coloring....you can even eat this blood....great within itself....but apply a little to the wound as you see in the picture. Next wrap it up in gauze or a handkerchief...or something like that....Peole will automatically ask...."What' happened?" that's your cue.
Tell them that you closed it in the car door.....and begin slowly to unwrap the swollen finger or thumb. While doing this you say...I may need to see a doctor. ? lol ....
